A women's atelier in Dehradun
Flowers gathered from the hills, dried slowly, placed by hand. No printing. The flower you see was once real.
Made by a women's welfare society that has trained underprivileged women in craft for over a decade. Proceeds support the schooling of girls in the surrounding districts.

The bell candle
Forged by Lohar smiths in the foothills and shaped after the temple bells that hang at a courtyard entrance. The candle is poured by hand at a small home workshop nearby. No two are the same.

The wildflower pieces
Trim the candle wick to 5mm and let the wax pool evenly on the first burn. Keep cards and bags flat and dry, out of direct sun. The pressed flowers soften in colour over time, the way pressed flowers do.
The bell candle
Trim to 5mm and burn on a heat-safe surface, no longer than three to four hours at a stretch. The brass darkens with use. Wipe with a dry cloth, or polish with a paste of lemon and salt.
