Since our pieces are handcrafted, they are not perfect, and that’s by design, not a flaw. To respect the work of our artisans and protect them from subjective assessments, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

If you would still like to request a return or exchange for any reason, you can contact hello@vaarsalondon.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Vaarsa London reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution. Please note that if a return or exchange is approved, all associated shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
