Regular Cleaning
Brass kitchenware is beautiful, durable, and with a little care, will stay that way. You dont need to clean it everyday as it is naturally antimicrobial. In case you want to, feel free to do so. Here’s a simple routine for regular, once in every few weeks hygeine clean:
✅ Hand wash using water, mild dish soap and a non-scratch sponge
✅ Avoid steel wool or harsh scrubbers — they can scratch the surface
✅ Dry immediately with a soft microfibre towel
✅ Let it air-dry for a few hours before putting it away or using it again
Deep Cleaning & Shine with Pitambri Powder
Over time, brass develops a natural patina — some love it, some prefer a brighter shine. For that glow-up, we recommend using Pitambri powder, a traditional Indian brass cleaner that’s safe and effective.

How to Use Pitambri Powder:
1️⃣ Take 100 gms of pitambri powder in a bowl
2️⃣Add 10-20 ml water to the powder till thick paste consistency
3️⃣ Slightly wet the brass item and rub the paste gently in circular motions
4️⃣ Leave for 1 minute and with slightly wet fingers rub again over tarnished areas. You will notice the paste color changing from pink to black at times, it is normal.
5️⃣ Rinse well with water and dry immediately with a microfibre towel
6️⃣ Let it air or sun dry before using or storing

🧼 Hand wash only — no dishwashers, please.
🌬️ Store in a dry place and wrap in a soft cloth if not used regularly.
