Block printed on pure cotton by artisans in Jaipur. A monochrome design inspired by the kantha running stitch, pressed by hand using carved wooden blocks. Sized for a table of six to eight. Part of Kusuma, our limited textile collection named for our founder's mother. No restock.

    Product Story

    This is the quietest piece in the Kusuma collection. Where the Marigold and Lotus designs celebrate colour, this one celebrates line. The pattern draws from kantha, the running stitch tradition of Bengal, but rendered here as a block print in black on white cotton. The result is graphic, modern, and pairs with everything on the table without competing for attention. Printed in Jaipur's Sanganer district using hand carved wooden blocks. The cotton is soft, the print is crisp, and the whole thing goes in the washing machine.
